Huijin possesses advanced production and inspection equipment, such as cupola, induction furnace, Japanese molding line, demotic cycle molding line, axle machining line, cleaning line, painting line, imported machining center, CNC lathe and some other machining equipment, 600 sets of equipment in total, with details as following: spectrometer made in Japan and Germany, Detector for Melton composition made in Japan, ultrasonic modularizing detector made in Germany, CMM made in America, domestic microstructure analyzer, universal material tester, magnetic tester, X-ray tester, axle fatigue tester and axle wrenching tester.

We have strict quality system with certificates of IS09002, ISO9001, QS9000, ISO/TS16949, BVQI, FM, UL, ULC, VDS , EN124, ISO14001 and GB/T 28001. Huijin specializes in the production of automotive axles and automotive components, such as front and rear axle assembly with light and heavy duty, steering system, braking system, suspension system; pipe fittings, valves and manhole covers. Our annual capability of axle beams is 100,000 sets. Tusikou branded front and rear axle beam assembly is honored as provincial famous product. Pipe fittings and valves are mainly supplied to the U.S and Europe. Manhole covers are supplied to European Union.
For the cast iron manhole covers we can make from class B125 ,C250, D400 E600 according to the customers'sample or requirment.
